As soon as Angel said "mentally, I'm 23!" took me out because most 23 year olds I've met are still in that semi-adult state
That average life span of a mattress has changed a lot over time. When I was a kid, many hundred years ago, mattresses had actual springs inside and they sat on a base that also had springs inside. My parents mattress lasted 30 years. I feel like mattress companies are just saying they only last 8 years so you will buy a new one.
The average life span of a mattress is when I can afford a new one 😂🤣
I'm giving Dani his props for how quickly he tied that tie and properly too. That's one I can actually say my father taught me.
Move the decimal point one space to the left and multiply by 2 to get the tip
Angel really doesn't seem to like Vivienne. Gives off mean girl vibes at times.
Angel doesn't seem to like anyone, specially when she loses.
“I don’t wanna be an adult” but she literally just said shes “mentally 23” make it make sense 😂
She’s an idiot
Angel doesn't make sense.
@ameliarosegrace not wanting to be a adult and being mentally 23 are two different things
ones about what you want and the other is saying what you are mentally
@@thecaliswe all got our moments
there’s times when us humans don’t make sense
I thought Angel was 18
It's so much easier to find the tip by just moving the decimal. The bill was 72.83. Move the decimal once to the left and you get 7.283 which is 10%. Double that amount and you get 20%
Exactly the way I do it, while my husband will pull out the phone and use the calculator app. We always round up to the nearest dollar, though.
Another episode where Angel irritates me. Vivienne's trying to make this episode fun, jolly and happy but Angel's little bratty attitude is so strong. I hope this was an old video. I hate her in this era so bad.
1) I learn how to change a tire in middle school.
3) I was literally in the single digits when I learned how to write a letter.
4) "that's a couple hundred bucks every 8 years" if only it was just a "couple hundred"
20% tip... Simple, move the decimal over one place then double.
I know someone answered the tip question, but they were not specific. $72.83 round up to $80 (don't be cheap it's just a few cents) 80.00 move the decimal to the left gives you $8.00 multiple the $8 x 2 = 16.00
I’ve seen this before
To calucate the tip of 20%, first know what 10% is by moving the decomial point to the left of the bill and doubling it by 2?
Yes! That’s easier and how I was taught
7:22 I was expecting them to write the dollar amount in cursive. That's how we learned it. You mean you don't have to write out a check in cursive? What have I been doing for years then!!??!! 😲😞
Dani tying the tie effortlessly is awesome! I have friends that have asked me to go to weddings as a groomsmen and a specific tie where I spend weeks learning it and I still struggle with tying a tie in that style. Carolina and knowing that the lug wrench, I prefer the star plus the tire lock. is to change tires as her first guess, girl get it. The check writing, and letter knowledge I was surprised to see so many get it right. I didn't think that this was taught anymore. It was being phased out when I was in HS. That's awesome that most got it right. I do firmly believe being able to change a tire should be a requirement to get a license. Stupid tie patterns.
I'm 41 and I can't fold a damn fitted sheet correctly. Lol
11:03 Um are we teaching poor math? 😅
10% move the decimal over 1 to the left. Multiple that number by 2 because 2x10% =20%.
So: 10% of 72.83 = 7.283. multiple that by 2 =14.566. Round up $14.57
this needs to be shown in schools
I’m a 20 year old man and I still don’t have my own driver’s license which sounds weird but takes time to learn! For all the reactors who have a car, try to work your way up to driving in higher fast roads and explore all the places you need to find cool jobs and travel through high cheap businesses to exchange money for your savings account to determine how to use it, save it, or keep it properly!
I have seen this video before lol
I usually do a 10% of the bill...(easier to calculate) and then x2... but thats just me... :)
This looks like a reapeat episode😂😂😂😂😂
It is
Kids, if you think adulting is hard, wait 'till you get to try eldering.
What's it made out of? "Tire STEEL!"
He's not wrong.
Absolutely love how quick Dani was with the tie. 🎉
I learned how long it takes for them to upload a react video due to when they dated the check😁
In South Korea and japan we never have to TIP 😂
It blows my mind that checks (cheques in Aus) are still used in the US.
I'm 31 and I've never used a check lol
Ummm they are still used in Australia, you just have to be over 80 for people to accept them
South Africa stop using cheques completely in 2021. I have never used one.
they aren't really. they exist but they aren't used in everyday life
I’m 37 & I used one ONCE. 😂
Not hating, just curious, but I wonder why they keep re-uploading videos. I remember the Bullseye channel was originally Try Not To channel, which was originally new videos, but then they completely changed crew/cast (which I never understood) but then they started re-uploading old React videos before rebranding to Bullseye and now the re-uploads are being posted on this channel. I'm sooo confused lol
Okay dani 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽😂
Calling a *Linen Closet* a _”Sheet Cabinet..”_
Oh, bless their hearts.
Carolina is ridiculously gorgeous
Who buys a steak, fries (ala carte), 2 $10 drinks and 3 desserts (not all the same)?
They recorded this in December and didn'tupload it til July!? This makes me question everything now. Like noone in the video probably cares by the time it comes out. (I kid but only kind of.)
calculating percentage has a formula, it must be the easiest thing to calculate
Technically they’re all young adults, so they already know how it feels to grow up and feel like they’re adulting through their long life journey!
They aren't though. One of them even said she was 16 years old. That's not adult at all.
Tire iron: Even if they have never been tought that, have they never seen a movie or TV show?
Changing sheets: 2 weeks is ok, but you should do it every week.
I've seen this video before...
Learned to fold a fitted sheet when I worked in a hotel, but we did it slightly differently than that video. Still got it folded.
I always use a calculator for figuring a tip if I'm in a restaurant, but I feel bad leaving less than like $5 even if the math is less. My sister was a server in high school and I know how frustrating it was for her when tables didn't tip at all.
We did a check writing thing in junior high math class for a project. I was so confident because I'd watched my mom do it, but I think I had to redo mine a couple of times. Now the only check I write on a regular basis is for rent.
I love Dani so much
I just noticed on the right side of the screen where there are other videos to watch, there is a video called "Do Teens Know Basic Adulting Tasks?" that is literally this video with a different title! 🤦♀ 😂
I had to learn from private school, how to tie a tie.
I never fold my fitted sheets correctly, although I can as I learned from watching Martha Stewart.
In the UK, Boys and Girls in secondary school (from 11 years to 16 years) wear ties, teachers had small triangle knots and we had the largest triangle knot possible 😊
Tucking it in, Danni?🎉 Really??😂
You may not own a car but if you have your license you can still get a flat.
not if you don't have a damn car you moron
@@Tuatha_De_Gaminghe is commenting on everything now
Obviously Dani had someone teach him properly. Folding the sheet too.
I'm 35 and I've don't know any of these items
I don't have that type of lug wrench. I have a 4 way lug wrench. Also I don't fold fitted sheets that way. I've been working at a hotel for 17 years, and the way I fold mine are very similar, but I make the final fold much smaller.
Is this a replay? I’ve seen this before or Dani was playing with new teens but I knew Dani was good at adulting
It took 7 months for this to get uploaded?? Also your quick tax method never gave a full 20% to the server unless the bill was $10 and they gave $2.
They are moving teens videos to this channel
My mom fold the sheets and towels like that.
Ryker on the other hand you gotta learn to tie that tie man.
I would not be buying any dang things from the ACME Company or grocer because their stuff typically blows up. I dunno why Willy E. Coyote buys from them. 😂
15:43 this is correct!😂
The average lifespan of a mattress is 7-10 years so if some choose answer C they would also be correct so technically Sophia's answer would be correct (she accidentally choose the letter D which was no lifespan when her answer was 10 years)
This is a rerun…… 💔
Necessity is the mother of invention.✌️
Why can't I chat in the live chat when I'm already a subscriber of this channel
You have them all do this again in like 8 years
That tie video was confusing when it's not around a neck. I can tie them on my neck but I don't know what happened in the video.
I just roll my fitted sheets up most of the time now. I used to do it the right way...and even iron them. Now with my disability it's just easier yo roll them up.😂
I feel like most normal people do. And what's the point of the top sheet?
@@rebjack2 The top sheet is to keep you from touching the duvet, bedspread, or blanket, which generally don't get laundered as often.
I still can't adult!!
It is called a "Tire Iron" any other answer is Gen Alpha wrong
Lease don’t tell me the react channel didn’t have more teens to reMAKE this video instead…… I’m disappointed
The adults don’t want to be on the channel anymore. Something is going on behind the scene we don’t know about
@@richards8872 ooooohhhhhh!!!!!!
The finance and postage challenges are specific to the USA. What are the norms regarding these in your country?
The easiest way to estimate a 20% tip is to divide the dollar amount by 5 since 20% is 1/5 of 100%. This will give you a very close estimate.
Or just move the decimal place over 1 to get 10% and then double that amount. So 72.83 would become 7.28 and double that is 14.56.
Tipping: Screw the math, I'm using my calculator.
You guys have enough content without the constant repeats.
being an adult is knowing you dont have the money to spend on anew mattress that often so you use it till its perfectly shaped to you.
No that’s just being cheap but will buy fast food non stop.
If it's "shaped to you", that's a bad thing and will cause back problems down the road.
@@herbivorouscyborg2398 nahhh
Damn I got 6 wrong and only 4 correct. I don’t wanna be an adult anymore.
Dani is a domestic goddess
20% is 10%/2
learned it the first day of serving. you learn math if you drop out of highschool and work for tips
10% / 2 = 5%
@@herbivorouscyborg2398 i was drunk i meant *
I just divide the amount by 5 for a 20% tip. Easiest to remember
Dividing a number by 5 is a lot harder than just moving the decimal place over 1 place and then multiplying by 2.
Dani will make it
Some of those questions are very subjective. Others have little relevance in today's world. Who still writes paper checks?
Paper checks still get typed up and printed out. So not really handwriting one.
You'd be surprised 😅 I work retail and still see a lot of people that use checks unfortunately...
I use them for my rent and phone
WELL DARN. Who knew I just had to answer a few multiple choice questions to get $10,000 for each correct one.
"I'm mentally 23". Cause that's an adult.
Don’t worry. She is stupid 😂
Writing letters and paper checks are quickly becoming obsolete skills. Same with calculating tips or change with no calculator since we all have one in our pockets now. The picture of "adulting" portrayed here is a generation or 2 behind. I also wouldn't expect most women to know how to tie a tie since ties are worn mainly by men.
saw this before
I'm 40 and have barely done any of these things ever. Adulting is figuring things out by looking online. That was the most confusing way to figure out how much 20% is. I guess adulting is easier in Canada.
seen this before
The envelopes made me sad. I was writing letters to people when I was like 10. Like sending thank you cards to relatives that sent me birthday money.
Omg people send mail anymore...?
Yes. Christmas cards, also bills come through the mail, you need to write a check to send back to them. 😂 And if you have a PenPal, that's through the mail too! 😁
@@jenniferhanson3671 I don’t pay my bills by cheque
@@jenniferhanson3671 People still pay by check?? And I NEVER put my return address on anything...
@@deannatreat6819 I pay my rent with a check, and any bills I get. The return address is for if it didn't get to who you sent it to, they can return it., you know "Return To Sender"? 😁
ill tip what i want to tip....depends on their performance. If they do a shit job, then less of a tip....
I'm 33. I've never had to send a letter. Welcome to the digital age! I do know how, though. Also, we all have a calculator in our pocket these days. And Google.
10 years for a mattress? LMAO!!! Mine is 50+ years old. It came to me, still wrapped in the original plastic, with the receipt taped to it, and had never been on a bed, let alone slept on. It was bought for a guest room and never used. Sterns and Foster Ultra firm. It now resides on my 100+ year old Iron bed frame, next to my 1890's dresser
old video -.-'
That's OK.
Don't even know what a Tire Iron is.....hopeless
They're literal children get over yourself
Okay grandpa
as an adult, i have never written a check nor do i know anyone who has.
I’m 37 & I think I’ve written & used a check ONCE 😂 but I have a check book in my drawer & have definitely seen boomers use them often.
Rent and phone
Another repeat just like y'alls other channels. 😢😢😢😢
I'm glad this is an older video because I thought Angel was back and I truly can not stand watching her.
I know right. She's changed recently. I thought she's going back to her bratty attitude.
Is she gone from react or something?
@KameraKiss I believe she left a couple of months ago. Thank God.
Never liked her
my mattress is 25 years old sheesh my dads mattress is over 30 years old
Gross. 🤢 you know how much body fluid is soaked into those mattresses? And other things like mites and bugs
WHEN TIPPING! Cash only. This way the person doesn’t have to claim everything. When you don’t do cash, both the establishment and the government takes a percentage.
It's tax evasion to not claim cash tips when you file your taxes. You are literally advocating for helping people evade taxes.
My mattress is literally 30+ years old.
not necesarily a bad thing...sometimes older stuff is more reliable.
Ewww
The question about cleaning sheets is whack. If you wait a full week to clean your sheets, you are gross. That's literally 56 hours of the fabric being in contact with your body before you clean it. Yikes! And you said the answer is 2 weeks? What the heck!?
Two weeks is the recommendation.
@@brittanylewandowski6200 2 weeks is 112 hours of contact with your body if you sleep 8 hours each night. Would you wear a shirt for 112 hours before washing it? That's disgusting.
Second

repeat
They are basically reuploading old content onto this new channel.
They are moving all teenagers React videos here.
The 8 year lifespan thing is made up. It was a fact invented for a new article to make it seem more interesting.
No it’s not lol
