I’m no where’s near menopause but my estrogens really low . I am under weight 5 feet 80 pounds , my doctor told me the low levels are due to My weight and if I gain weight it’ll go up my estrogen. Iv always done low fat so I’m thinking I should increase healthy fats 🤔I’m taking red clover and maca to increase the levels as well . Knowledge is power I love researching stuff

I JUST received my fsh results and it's sadly 25.1 UI/L on a day 2 or 3 cycle (not sure as the 1st day I was just spotting/darkish & it really started the next day). Just turned 50 and still trying IVF with my own eggs. Do you think it's possible? I heard you in an old video say your success patients are up to 51 but perhaps they've already had children before?

I think with an FSH of 25 at 50, it will be difficult to conceive with your own eggs.

I think it depends on the cause. Is it pcos or high fsh or thyroid problems...your doctor will tell you that.

It all can. I would make sure you get support to regulate all of this.
You talked about high FSH, what about low FSH, what does it mean?
Your example is always low estrogen, give examples of high estrogen please!!!
