Explanation of some of the points:
1) Science has so much medicine because essentially Science's universe is the past of the original.
In my Undertale au, Sans became a scientist a couple of years after the war, when they had only recently settled in a underground. Hospitals were in short supply, so were doctors, and the aftermath of the war in the form of disabled people and people needing medical care was still there. So many scientists were given courses in medicine, and people who needed medicine or first aid could come to the lab for it. ( only interns like Sans and Alphys took the medical courses, the rest like Gaster worked at the core. But Sans was quickly promoted and soon started working with Gaster)
2) Nightmare doesn't have an eye because it was just ripped open when the tentacles sprouted through his eye socket :)

This is beautifully written well!! Thank you for making such a sad yet heartwarming story about the Bad sanses. People usually make Star sanses or Fallen star sanses video which they rarely ever mention the bad guys.
I personally don't like the star sanses/fallen star sanses because everyone always make them the one who suffered when in reality, the bad sanses also suffered but they were ignored because of what they are and was immediately labelled as "Cold hearted killers" that doesn't feel any remorse when they've killed the ones that they've loved. But that's not the case at all... They just did what they had to do to survive or just simply keep themselves from breaking... It doesn't justify their actions but it shows that they aren't less of a Monster and that, They too needed saving.
So I'm glad that someone finally made some spotlight for the bad sanses! You've definitely earned a sub!! I hope you can make more videos about the bad sanses in the future!! But for now... Take a break! Relax and Don't stress yourself because you're also important!
The work, effort, detail, attention put into this is absolutely astounding. The talent is over the top and even the designs and backgrounds were beautiful. 40 minutes of all this is just- such a pure beauty, and the storyline is brilliant. Keep up the awesome work! We all enjoy every single bit of it!

Each time I see a video from you it’s always so much fun, you’ve gotten really good at designing and your drawings are more beautiful than ever. I’m still surprised Nightmare seems so calm and empathic with everybody, the way he cares for his people is just so cool, he even went to make a truce with Dream just for them. I’m surprised Error and Nightmare had such story, it was truly sad to see how much pain Nightmare went through :( I feel like he cares for his group so much since he doesn’t want to make mistakes anymore that will hurt the people he cares for. I’m so glad I got to see another of your videos, 40 minutes with full coloring and editing is just amazing, I wish I had such motivation, you’re truly amazing ^^

Absolutely wonderful video, cant wait to see what comes next in the story, though i believe the meeting is over now its what they do with their life and get better with their traumas.
I love the way you portray all the stories in a way they nicely fit together, this past Nightmare and Error aka Geno meeting is probably one of my favorite concepts when writing a fanon story, bringa more to it than just Nightmare and Error meeting and making a truce/pact out of the blue for no reason.
Art is just wonderful as always and i hope you keep doing it, dont think ill ever get tired of watching your content
