To those who have been asking and reached out to me....I finally declared my Shahada a couple of hours ago with Allah first and foremost there with me, along with two witnesses who have been extremely supportive and understanding of my decision. After making the decision to turn to Islam over a year ago after being Catholic my entire life, and countless things stopping me from doing so, I am now Muslim alhamdulillah! I can’t even begin to express the joy that I feel right and peace within my heart. I can’t thank you enough brothers and sisters for being so welcoming and so helpful and anything, any resources you recommend would be greatly appreciated. I know it’s a step by step process but I really do wanna learn how to begin praying correctly as soon as I can do anything in that regard would be so helpful. Mashallah....Allah has guided me down this path and now my journey as a Muslim continues from here....today is a great day 🤲🏼💜

May Allah keep you steadfast upon islam. I would advise you to buy a book called kitab tawheed. It talks about the oneness of god and what goes against it. You can order it from salafibookstores.

I cannot put into words how helpful these videos have been for me. When asking for resources on Islam someone told me to check out Shamsi and speakers corner, that it would be extremely helpful and ever since then I can’t get enough. I am a former Catholic who left the church over a year ago and I am converting to Islam, today I take the first step in doing so. I’m getting ready as we speak to go to the local mosque here in my city where they are going to provide me with reading materials and then we will be discussing when I am going to declare my Shahada. After being raised Catholic all my life, I feel like in order to be a good Muslim I have to know every detail about Islam before declaring Shahada because I didn’t know anything else but the Catholic faith. But after watching these videos, I decided not to put it off any longer then I already have. I’m very nervous, not because I’m having second thoughts but because this is something that I’ve wanted for so long and knew it as soon as I left the church. Its hard to explain but I feel it in my heart, I feel guided in this direction and put on this path for a reason, a path that I’ve never been more sure of. To accept what is right and the truth...real truth. I know it’s going to be an ongoing learning process for me even after I become Muslim, but I look forward to continuing on my journey to Islam. Thank you for this and keep up the good work! As for me, I’m ready and it’s time 💜

Assalamualaikum. Can you do an explanation of the hadith: where the prophet PBUH is talking about a people who will come in the end of time and they will speak very eloquently and recite quran however it will not go past their throats and they will leave islam quicker then an arrow leaving a bow? I think this hadith is talking about the terrorists today.

Bro if you actually listen to it you will hear that the guy went to the masjid because he had questions and wanted clarification. Shamsi has a lot of experience he wouldn't delay shahada for the sake of it.
