Consider two views (view_A & view_B). View_B is dependent on view_A. Let's say u want to deploy view_B and u have not yet deployed view_A, this time Oracle will check the dependencies for view_B and it will throw error bcoz view_B is depending on view_A(which is not yet deployed). But u want to deploy view_B first, in this situation force view comes into picture, where it compile view_B even through view_A is not complied yet.
