It's always better to have a double electric breast pump for long term feeding.. plus you have to consider how where when you are able to pump and you must breast feed your baby after and before your working hours.. philips avent like widely based bottle is good always choose 0 yrs nipple if you want to reduce nipple confusion.. manual you can use at work as electronic need power back up.. electronic will let you pump while breastfeeding..and store.

Hope everything is better now. If you have it still rub it and break it with a hard towel while under hot shower..it's a clogged duct due to increased milk. And feed often. And correct the latch

It's normal to have periods this way . Express the hind milk after breast feeding and feed it as extra with spoon cup or palada ..wt you can track in your baby's growth chart given from the hospital.. it's all depends upon birth weight Gestation age etc . If you check the growth graph you'll get an idea when what weight is ideal.
