I remember listening to this song while working on the worst job ever, even worse than prison. I just ran away into the burned district, hiding in burned buildings, while listening to this song on repeat, while drinking strong beer, smoking weed and eating LSD sheets... All while thinking that my girl killed herself, because she left couple of days before, while leaving a note that she's gonna kill herself by train. Because she left her husband for me and then she went to abortion with our kid. I was unable to reach her, i ate 1 LSD with a coworker, who was a gypsy and got his house burned down 1 day before. He disappeared 1 day after. Next day, i met a new coworker and i told him that story. We ate 1 more LSD together. Trip was weird, we felt like we were in some old RTS game. He was worried that for his GF that was studiyng in nearby city and he just ran away to that city on feet and i have never seen him again.

That we continue to prop up drug addicts who die, and others see the attention it creates (X, Lil Peep, Juice, etc.), that we continue to hold up addicts/losers and glamourize drugs and depression, and that as long as it keeps going it's only going to get worse. That's how I read it, at least. Not that I agree at all.
