Thick Green chillies - 250 grams
Boiled potatoes - 4
Gram flour - 1 cup
Onion -2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda -1 pinch
Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Mixed pickle - 1 tbsp (optional)
Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
Aamchur powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
cooking oil to fry
