@@JGoya_Seiboshi turkey is not an ordinary muslim country. alcohol is also forbidden in qoran but a lot of them there drink it. out of turkey, most muslims do dislike dogs to be where they worship or deem holy. of course they don't eat them too by some people i don't want to name. but turkish people have a strong relationship with dogs cause they used to keep their livelihoods (sheep, goats, horses, cattle etc) and sometimes even their elderly and children to the protection of dogs since they were a steppe people. the tradition to keep after dogs continues with real turkish people. cause for millennia they kept after each other. the ones who don't carry any turkic culture by ancestry in turkey dislike the dogs, but they were settled people who were conquered by the turks. who cares?
Framing a dog that is just enjoying his life is cruel. Boji has more manner and respect than some people.

his old owner died 2 years before... the owner took him on this trip every weekend 60km...
It's such a bittersweet moment that he found his forever home. I am happy for him but at the same time it is quite sad since we can't witness him going in and out of public transportations.
True but think of the perils and risks a stray dog endures. As a stray he could have had a terrible and sad ending to his story. I feel like this way he can finally have the life he deserves while still being Boji, the dog who roamed free through the city, using transportation. No one will ever take that away from him 😉

Wrong. Boji’s owner used to take the dog to an island to play and run around. The owner died, but Boji remembered the route of trains, bus and ferry that he and his human friend would go on to get to the island.
Boji isn’t just getting on random trains, he knows exactly which ones to take in order to get to the island.
he is no stray dog his owner died 2 year ago and every weekend his owner took him on this trip. de dog re relive his memories with his owner..

Lived in a Village outside Istanbul.Packs of stray dogs everywhere.Was discouraged from feeding a Puppy due to Rabies. So bit of a mix.
His original owner passed away. He would take the dog the same route to his work every day. That's why the dog does this every day following the same route. Turkish Hachiko.

In Vietnam, Boji would be dinner. Here in Malaysia, at the construction site where there are Vietnamese workers, you wouldn't find any stray animals.. heck.. don't let loose your pets there

A lot of people asking why Boji is framed? It is totally political. Istanbul is biggest city in Turkiye and her Mayor isn't from ruler party, he is members of opposition party and a lot of people think he will going to be next President of Turkiye. Current President was Mayor of Istanbul before he won elections. So ruler party fans trying to frame current Mayor not working and not suitable for being a Mayor. When municipality took care to Boji's wellbeings, trips and independency; Boji turned into a target by people who hates current Mayor. His new owner is very very wealthy man so i think Boji doing great now.

he can't roam freely anymore because of the media attention instead. a billonaire "adopted" him and he is just fat and lazy and can only sleep in their yard. i am not sure that's how boji wanted to live the rest of his life. he was ok travelling and getting fed by strangers.
