Will you review the few condos along side sentul barat mrt2/jalan ipoh? Like rica, the birch, court28, pano etc? Interested to know about your opinion as I'm surveying around the mrt2 line and that area seems like a hidden gem
This housing concept similar like Isle Of Kamares in Setia Eco Glades. But Kamares is way better in terms of the vast landscape, layout design, price per sqft and utilities(got elevator eventhough only 3 storey). Plus got huge lake some more.
1200 sq. ft. and just 2 rooms which are huge obviously. Quite interesting to see how things were back 10-12 years ago. 1200 will have 4 rooms now maybe. Smarter development or just developers cramping up spaces? What's your take on this?
This kinda reminds me of Cyber Heights Villa being a walk-up but sadly no clubhouse. I would love your insights of that place as I do find it interesting. The lake view is amazing tbh.
I used to stay in CHV, and it was nice. The clubhouse is somehow located outside of the residential area (means you need to go out via the guardhouse to get there, although it's just like 50 metres away). Despite the beauty of the lake view, the setbacks are: (1) the overall maintenance and the landscaping. More trees along the walkways would be perfect. And (2) being located next to the lake, the problem with mosquitoes is something difficult to avoid unless mosquitoe nettings are installed. But overall, the living experience is very comfortable with the quiet and laid back environment. I enjoyed the occasional evening strolls or run by the lake.
very neat, it doesnt feel like 1200ft at all. the price is abit high, but u can get good rentals, which is good. another but is that there is no lifts, with that and the price, there should be better alternatives
It’s totally possible but it’s only 2 meters wide. Plus the centre part will be dark. How I wish it was done originally by the developer, to set in a little bit on both the existing bedrooms since they’re both huge. This will make more space for this third bedroom:)

Well, the study area can partition out to make the third bedroom.
