EP 07: Reason Why I bought Noora Desapark City

In most people’s life time, the largest purchase we will make is purchasing a house. A house that we call home. While in some cases to some people, they get to purchase a second one for an upgrade or maybe for investment purposes. Im fortunate that Im able to purchase my fifth property in this life time.

Hi, I just happen to see your RUclips. It is also depends on the tenants profile to probably determine the future of Noora market pricing. And there was a discount given during their launching but cash downpayment is still minimum 10%.

Hi Vin, yes exactly! From what I see, Noora fits the trend where youngsters prefer smaller sized unit for their own usage and of course budget won’t not be too straining for them monthly.
Yes discounts were given, unfortunately I missed it :(
