Find you a AA/FC car from a few years ago and stick a Bantam or T body on and call it an "Outlaw" It's not really outlawed, there's just not a class for Fuel Altered in the NHRA.
Your wrong I was driving a AA/FA from 68 to 75 In late 72 they eliminated the Altered Eliminator Class and in 76 they and made us compete in Comp. Eliminator class which was not fair as the comp cars were at least 50% longer and would handle way better then the 90 inch wheelbase cars en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Altered_(drag_racing)
Awesome video
BAD ASS!
love the Altered video!!
Thank you
Absolutely Awesome!! Loved them from the sixties. Yes I'm an old fart. 71 years young. CRANKSHAFT
I can't understand why people wear short pants around a race car! Dangerous and you wont change my mind.

Yup. 76 was a long time ago...
" outlaw" + " fuel altered" = pure joy!!
Love the cars burning nitro 👍🏻
Great race overall. I was there for the JF but I love those foul tempered altereds. Why only an 1/8 mile? Half the time to get in trouble!!!
