In this video series, I replace the entire factory wiring harness in my 73-87 Chevy c10 pickup. I'm using a 20 circuit wiring harness from Speedway Motors. The part number for the wiring harness is 910-64027. In this video I demonstrate how to remove the pins from the turn signal pigtail connector.

Thanks! Just what I was looking for. Had to do the same swap like you did for my rebuilt steering column for my 76 CJ5. None of my tools worked, so took an old piece of older windshield wiper stainless steel strip (some old ones used 2 pieces of SS flat to secure rubber to blade mount), and grinded the sides to make narrower. The thickness was good already. Then inserted it, and wiggled (rotated) back and forth, and the pins all came out. If it pushes through too far, then you are on the wrong side, so use opposite side. Some of my original pins were not on same side, as one might expect. And, also, the old connector that was reused was not as long as mount on rebuilt coulmn, so just used ty raps to secure it to column.
This was perfect !!! I am trying to install a new switch in my 68 SS and no one has gave this detailed explanation .. with video included and showing connector. Thank you

My 21 circuit harness for my 86 c10 came with starter power cable. Just to be sure, do I run that cable straight to the starter or??
How do you disconnect the female plug?
The harness that I got from car and truck shop does not click in with my original harness in my C20 69 and the color wires do not match up either

I'm sorry, i looked over your videos and you stated that you didn't have power locks/windows. just trying to figure out how to wire the (orange wire labeled -12 volt battery fused- on the accessory plug for the speedway motors harness. the same one you have
