This is why I'm proud to be an Australian. I can just walk outback and find these beautiful thing I devote my life to. Because of these beautiful works of art, I've become a chemist and I love studying the elements and the different combinations of them(chemical formula) that create minerals. Love your channel. Keep up the good work. :)
O to be young and able to travel. I’ve missed out on so much just born too early and in the wrong place!!! 😥Never mind I can experience all this with your videos. Keep uploading them and teaching us so much. Best wishes from North Wales U.K. 🏴
I feel the same way. Wish I'd followed this passion when I could get around better. And I should have been born in Australia obviously! What awesome beauty !
You have an amazing collection of jules. I have a lot of questions about my collection and I want to thank you for teaching me just exactly what my rocks are. I can't wait for your next podcast. Thank you for sharing your collection with us and you explain them so well. God bless you
I love how you get excited about each piece like I do. Also, silicate minerals can be so difficult to classify sometimes especially when they're a mix of crystal forms. So happy you are continuing to make videos. :)
Thank you for watching and commenting Sparrow Godschild. I'm glad to know that you always find my videos enjoyable. Gives me inspiration to keep making more. All the very best, Liz
*+Liz Kreate* Your enthusiasm is absolutely infectious. I love that you get so much joy out of these beautiful rocks and crystals. It's great to watch and listen to you doing your thing, explaining and just enjoying what you do. I have a tiny collection I started when my daughter was little, just to get her interested in the world. We still have most of them, but she's not as interested as she was when she was little, but every now and then I see her pick up the piece of rainbow fluorite I got for her to hold onto when she was little, if she was scared. We called it her 'calm rock'. And although I don't believe it has any supernatural qualities, just its prettiness was enough to give her something else to think about when she was at the dentist or something. Sorry, rambling. Thanks again for sharing with us, Liz.
Hi Sue, It's a pity that like my children, your daughter doesn't share the same passion for rocks. Maybe we'll jagged a couple of grand kids who'd be mad rock hounds. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Liz
Thanks for showing your collection. Great! I used to be a collector too, but other things ate up my time. Still am very excited about minerals. Greetings from Germany
Thanks for watching Gina. I'm glad you're enjoying my videos. I don't know if you're aware that Pedro now has his own channel called "Pedro the Budgie." Cheers, Liz
My goodness Liz your passion for finding minerals is nothing less than something to be admired. To say I'm jealous would be an incredible understatement! An absolutely fantastic array of finds you have acquired, especially the emeralds and amethyst! Hopefully some day I can follow a similar path and collect some crumbs that you've left behind 😜
I hope so. Kept saying I can't afford to die until I process all these treasuresss. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed my goodies. Stay safe and well. Cheers, Liz
Liz what you need it a ‘skull-cam’ so you can lift the pieces with your other hand and show us the full beauty of the rocks. What a beautiful bounty you have there. So, so lucky to be you. A lot of work in front of you though to get that lot sorted out. 👍🏻
Do you sell your crystals? they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!!! Thank you for Sharing your LOVE and Light with us many Blessings to you and your family 💙🤗💙

Liz The Imperial Green Jade.Did you get that certified and where? I have some White to grey Nephrite. I also have Orange to Yellow fancy Topaz. All passed on the gem tester. No prospecting license though, so I’d like to know how you go about getting these appraised and if any fines are applicable in Australia?

Hi Samatha, Thank you for watching and glad to know that you're out there enjoying the great outdoors. Collecting rocks is just a bonus. Identifying rocks through photos can be very challenging. May I suggest you contact the nearest Gem/Lapidary club in your area as they might be able to help you better in identifying these rocks you found. Good luck. Cheers, Liz
Ah and last I find a Gem Rock Hound .I LOVE YOUR VIDS.Cant go hunting as I like right now. All my life when looking as you do I am giddy as ever when I see such beautiful speciesism in array .👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌟💖😎
What a collection, very nice haul indeed Liz. Would be wonderful being able to find rocks like those. Was any of the jasper from any "known" areas or just looked interesting? Have seen some beautiful pieces from over that way.
Thanks for watching Ian. The Jaspers are not from any specific known areas but were found while tromping over the countryside in search of gold. Hope you're still getting some spare time to chase some rocks yourself and look forward to catching up again sometime. Cheers, Liz
Hi there 12 years old boy, Amethyst should be kept away from direct sunlight or they will lose their beautiful colour. Apart from holding & admiring their beauty as often as you like, there's not much care they need at all. Thanks for watching. Cheers, Liz
Hello Liz, I am wondering where are these stone from? Some species are from Africa or South America in term of localities, but you have them in Aussie? Amazing collection 👍
Australia is blessed with many gemstones and minerals. Some are still waiting to be found. We are lucky that these areas are still open to the public. Cheers, Liz
Hello liz, I just love your joy for crystals and gem stones :) very cool! Please can you do a vid on chemical testing between say jade and emerald or coloured stones which are hard to tell the difference and it would be fantastic if you could give the viewers an idea of which rocks/crystals are valuable or just from time to time explain how much some pieces you find, an example of the price you could sell them for........obviously not on everything just from time to time.........obviously the beauty of finding these amazing crystals/rocks is the most valuable and exciting part of all, it's so great to hear your excitement when you find all these amazing gifts from this earth :) lastly thanks so much for sharing your finds and knowledge. Much health, love and light to you and wally :) (gal from oz)
I love how you see the beauty in your stones not the money value. Can't wait for more videos

Hello
What a collection, very nice haul indeed Liz.
Would be wonderful being able to find rocks like those.
Was any of the jasper from any "known" areas or just looked interesting? Have seen some beautiful pieces from over that way.
Thanks for watching Ian. The Jaspers are not from any specific known areas but were found while tromping over the countryside in search of gold. Hope you're still getting some spare time to chase some rocks yourself and look forward to catching up again sometime. Cheers, Liz
I am a 12 years old boy but I found a cluster of amythist crystals pls tell me how to take care of them
Hi there 12 years old boy, Amethyst should be kept away from direct sunlight or they will lose their beautiful colour.
Cheers, Liz
Do you have batu ginjal?
super. I found chrysoprase and blue calsedon in Turkey.

Hi Fiona, That's a great idea. I'll try and incorporate that in my videos. Thank you for watching and wishing you all the best. Cheers, Liz
