SOSPESO TRANSPARENTE is a volume decoupage decorative technique .Sospeso Trasparente allows you to make volume decorative elements from specially printed films for home decor
The technique basically involves heating special plastic films and making 3D shapes out of it.
This is a basic tutorial on SOSPESO TRANSPARENTE.
