A sad example of how real talent goes undiscovered or at least unexposed as it properly should be for years. Dude's been putting out material since 2008. Just saw him 2 weeks ago opening for City and Colour and he played this song. Yes, the harmonies are beautiful and the piano ads something to it but when I saw him, it was just him and his guitar and it was every bit as powerful as this performance. Dude man rocked the house with just his pipes and a guitar. Shocked to see he's been putting out stellar stuff for 9 years now.
But..........be careful what you wish for. Think Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse. Sometimes it's better to go slow. I have a feeling Noah and those around him understand this. Mental health is so important and this young man is incredibly gifted but also obviously sensitive. Let him age like a fine wine.
How don't more people know him? He should be a household name! So good!

im a ryan adams fan and i kind of noticed that too. however this song is different enough once he starts singing that i think we can let it slide.

I remember listening to this song over and over on my drive across the country. Deciding whether or not to come back to Baltimore or to stay in LA and kill myself. Then I remembered I had a beautiful puppy dog waiting for me back home.

the key at 4:06 was not quite right. Pianist played it cool though, but overall I really love noah gundersen.
