Noor Iskandar Maybe he's well known in the UK and those countries mentioned above only but not in Asia. I'm from the Philippines and this single is pretty new to our charts. I just heard it playing a couple of nights ago and fell in love immediately. Now I play it on repeat. I hope that he can also achieve that much success here, other parts of Asia and the US too.

He stated in an interview that there was no big falling out between him and Simon like the media stated and that they had kept in contact in spite of him no longer being with the label. I'm so pleased that he's managed to turn his life around and come back stronger :-)

I was there and let me tell you, he was BY FAR the best LIVE performance of the night. Everything else was like so electronic and fake u know what I mean? there were some other nice performers too... but people like James that sing with so much heart and emotion and get into the song like that are harder to find.

Yes! :) Shawn was fantastic as well :) And to clarify I didn't mean to put down the other performers because all the acts were actually really great in all honesty. I'm just a huge fan of James Arthur and also Ella Henderson because they both get lost in the song when they sing and take you on a journey with them to another place, and the feeling and connection they make when they sing is absolutely wonderful. It is something special
And especially in a time where EDM (which I also love anyway) is so prevalent, it's nice to go back and see such great musicians sing and play physical instruments the real raw way :)
S.Y I wish so much that i'd been there but I just had to let you know that I can 200% trust you when you say he was the best of the night 'cos I've seen James sing live 13 times and met him 3 I've been going to see him play live these past 3 years and it's saddened me so much how much he's been ignored and neglected in his own country so when I see him get to #1 in the UK, it makes me so happy!
