It's a kind of phrase or filler in North India to say, "thoda light chalu kardo" doesn't mean they r literally saying "little bit switch on the light".. it's a way to express by adding "thoda yeh thoda woh" just. So don't mind her 🙂

You ladies are so lucky to have PG buildings in India… we have nothing like that here in the USA 🇺🇸 to accommodate ladies and make their life easy…. I always wanted to build a building like this but so sad I didn’t hit a lotto yet.

Take one ID photocopy of PG incharge or Owner,and send it to your family.

And as a kannadiga I don't feel comfortable/watching videos with improper/wrong pronunciation of kannada. Please do take this to ur kind notice and avoid it.Also u have come to Bangalore only few days ago and that's really great.At the same tym if u try to learn kannada it would be really helpful for u to live in banglore and I would feel happy 😊

as a 1st year student i don't understand why i should work so hard to learn coding and placements if at the end I live in a hostel like environment away from home for 1 lakh / month
because you need to pay your education loan and then slowly after 5-10 years pay car loan, home loan

But.. it is impossible to learn every language when you are shifting from states to states...for job, education..even for travelling...that's why I use Google when I got in pinch...
During engineering I have travelled whole India ..for robotics events...in Engineering colleges..
And most common language I found was Hindi and English only...
It really help if there is common language between people..
Most frustrating situation happen with me..when we visited akihabara,Japan..their English sucks...
But that time even Google was defeated...I asked foreigners for translation...that's how I survived..!!
@harsha you can too learn Hindi or English as you are too taking benefit by being in india and also there is no legal obligation to learn any language for anyone..
@@gaganchaurasia332 dude, there is nothing like mandatory to learn any language. But knowing the local language helps you to communicate with people and adapt locally. It is very important not to feel alienated in a place where you want to live. Lastly adding a language to your biodata is good anyway. It is my opinion

Ufcorse when you live in south India you get south Indian food .when south Indian live I'm north they also eat roti and parata always. Thankfully atleast someday u get north Indian food ...so its perfect....they make north Indian food and south Indian food both ...

Maybe you should try to assimilate to the culture of the place you’re living in better than getting surprised that people are not similar to where you came from. I am sure you got used to the vada pavs in Bombay easily. Also it is pretty common for a lot of cultures to not know Hindi, the way you reacted to that girl was super ignorant of you. Good on you for making these videos but please try to be more open minded.
Not everyone has to be culturally intelligent. Ignorance is not necessarily a bad thing. It is okay to be surprised by things that you "did not expect" because you are from a different culture.

As for complaining about "too much South Indian food", she isn't formally complaining lol, just whinning because that's not her staple food. How's that an unusual thing? If you go to North India and find much less South Indian food and don't like it, that's normal too!
Besides, apparently, the PG she lives in has a lot of North Indians too, so she is saying that they make more South Indian than North Indian, which again, she says is how things are. Makes sense because she is communicating particularly to her North Indian audience. She isn't criticizing this. Just informing.

Majority of food in your mess is south indian not because Bangalore lies in southern part, but because majority of your pg mates are from south india.

Its very cheap comparing all the facilities you are getting & on top of that it is in bangalore. I stay in Chennai 2sharing price 9k/bed a medium size room with just 2 beds and 1 cupboard for each one of us +no other furnitures + wifi + RO water + electricity bill(separate) + 1 personal washroom + food is trash(not because they serve south indian indian dishes but because of quality , sambhar has a base of water, dosa will be so thick to even consume)

Please don't ruin other's privacy for your channel TRP. It's a ladies hostel, not your home to show each & everything without permission. U can show ur personal things but not other's. U can get more spacious and nice PGs in Bengaluru under 7k for 2 sharing. Put some effort in taking care of other's privacy while uploading your videos. 2nd thing, why many northys try to speak in Hindi with new person and expect others to speak in Hindi too, they should use some sense before talking to a new guy in new place.. Try to learn south languages when you are here or speak in English. Best of luck.

I was in a Pg in Bangalore in murgeshpalya that pg is very bad including owners and room mates i got on physical fight with the room mate , it was really bad experience for me ,so if u want take pg first see the room mates whether ur adjustible with them or not....very best is to take single sharing room and very best of luck for ur IT career and RUclips channel

Your non hindi PG mates seem uncomfortable when you talk to them in Hindi. Perhaps you should be more sensitive and talk to them in a language like English they are more comfortable with.
