- In this episode, I sat down with my friend and sister, Eunice Jossy, and we talked long about trauma, especially dealing with trauma as a Christian and how to heal.
I must say that no episode has given me mixed feelings yet like this one and you will see why. Between excitement to share this with you and anxiety for how this will be received, I don't know what I'm feeling the most. I've also wondered whether I should just hold onto it for a little while. That's how precious this particular one is to me.
Eunice and I talked! We laughed, tried not to cry and it's everything you should see. The amount of vulnerability in this episode too...!

This episode is a lot!! Believers can be traumatized! Like Eunice said, a lot of believers has this hide-it-away mentality simply because we don’t feel comfortable talking about these things! And when they even tried to, there’s this judgmental response. I often say, many of us need healing reason why God keeps raising pastors/teachers I call, “Emotional healers” like Joyce Meyer. You can NEVER talk to people like her and get that judgmental response! Recently, Pst Femi Lazarus started a podcast where people talked about their traumatic experiences, I believe 💯 without a single doubt, that is God’s leading! God wants us whole and sound emotionally, psychologically, physically, mentally etc
