I pronounce Gineard the same way but i have heard others pronounce it differently. Whatever works for you, at least people can see it on the map and know what you're talking about.

Which when I say I’ve gotten to turn 70, it’s not that the game crashes constantly at that point. I’ve just stopped those campaigns to test others because I’ve started snowballing against the AI

I like to combine legolas gimli and aragorn (and boromir if playing as Gondor) for fighting lurtz with minimal losses on turn 1

Not yet, they are fixing issues reported by playtesters like Lemon Pledge before they post it on the workshop.
Anon 234 beat me to it. It is not available just yet. It is still in beta testing but I believe it is very close to public release.
