In this episode, Jon, Tim, and Michelle explore how communities who understand God's character can live without worry, knowing that even death does not separate us from God’s generosity.

Hey Collin, hope you're good. I too struggled with this until this year when I miraculously stopped. Without sounding cliché, the Holy Spirit is who got me through this. I realized after trying countless times that I couldn't do this with my own power. I prayed to God every day to help me and He did. Mark 9:29. the fact that you want to stop is what matters, He will help you my brother, hang onto him.

If you have Christian community, you can confess to someone you trust and have them hold you accountable. Meet once a week to talk about it.

The first three days are the most difficult for detox so try not to schedule things for 3 days when you quit smoking. Try stop stopping for one week then 30 days. Its not great for anxiety, better for inflammation. If you need that you can hit your cb1 and cb2 recptors with those little organic hash pens carefully dosed as medicine. Take breaks! Drink water

Don’t feel guilt about it, understand it’s part of your journey, and think about the desire behind your desire to use marijuana. Then come to peace with it and give yourself grace, it will fall away to the extent that you are willing to look inward. I say this as someone on the same path, peace and blessings.

This episode really hit him for me. I struggled with uncontrollable anxiety for a long time, where it was affecting my sleep, work, etc. I did have people quote scripture at me. Heck I tried quoting it at myself. Couldn't afford a therapist either.
Two years ago was a bit of a breaking point for me, and it wasn't quoted scripture that changed me, it was an honest healing of the mind from Jesus the Healer. It's been two years now that I've been freed from the control of anxiety - not that it doesn't try to rear its head again sometimes, but it's never gotten control of me. I've felt very blessed by that healing because I know that there are still people out there who struggle with their mental health and need more healing than I.

I like that the word anxiety was explored as to mean more like “worry”. But I wish the psychiatrist had addressed when one may consider medication. Thank you for your wonderful and amazing work.🙏❤️
