Definitely worth the money. I stayed there for a couple of months. High speed internet for work. Each room has its own WiFi router in the cupboard and there is a lot happening in that area now. No need to go anywhere on Buakhao.. Plenty of GCs around the corner to relieve any stress you may have !!

Awesome place there Reds. Ticks all the boxes. You say 13,000bt is for higher end budgets but we're paying that a week in the outer suburbs of Brisbane Australia - and our place doesn't come with all the extras Maxx City has

Keen to see some of the suites they have there.. they are on the pricey side.. but I'm moving over at the end of the year and I kinda need a place that I can also setup a multi screen desktop setup.. they apparently come with a space for that..

What is an average monthly energy and water bill? Just usung aircon at night and taking two showers a day? Does anyone have a ballpark figure? I dont know the measure of a unit for power and water.
Around 8 Baht pr water unit and approximately 25 Baht electric.
It depends on where you are staying and how much they charge you per unit for electric.
I’m currently paying 9BHT per unit for electricity where I’m staying, which is very high, I use the air con maybe two hours a day and my electric bill is usually 1,300bht per month. Water is never more that 200BHT a month
If you buy a strong fan and use that throughout the day and night instead of using the air conditioning , you can slash your electric bill by 70%

I used the washing machines right outside as shown in the vid..Perfect.

A great apartment, but in terms of price, I feel that the Centric Sea 16000bht should be a bit better than here, but it only requires a one-year contract..
This place is way better than the one you suggested. You could stay for 1 week, 1 month, 1 year.
