Absolutely fantastic house, impressive interiors, city view yes ..but barely any sea views, but the usual problem for us foreigners we can’t 100% own the land & property

We are still working on improving on our youtube as best we can and hopefully from now on we will be able to reply within a day or two. From your comment it seems you are very familiar with buying property in Thailand and yes that is a common problem as many foreigners live here. The only option currently available for foreigners to own houses or land is through a Thai company, which is also something we help our customers out with if they are interested. Other than that a foreigner can only own 49% of a property. You are correct about the sea view as it is in the distance and the view will have to be enjoyed from the second floor. The view is also harder to see through the camera as there is some distance. As you probably know already, sea view villas can be very highly priced and difficult to find in the Jomtien, Pratumnak, Pattaya, Naklua areas, so we see this villa as a good option for buyers who want that look at the sea from far away. As it's built on a hill, there is also the possibility to buy land on higher ground which makes the view more downwards and the sea more clear. The Prospect is built on a hill and the type of view you get from each villa slightly different. The higher up areas should provide a more clear view of the sea.
Hi David. At the moment you can only own a house or villa through a company that belongs to you. This is of course something we would be willing to help with if you are interested. However, there have been talks about a new rule that will allow foreigners to own a house fully in their own name (only for villa projects such as in the video) and could be set in place in the near future. How much is this house? And does it come furnished like this one?
Houses starting from 19.9 MB, fully furnished. This particular house is 38 MB.
