It’s one of the prettiest parts of the panhandle beach system. The isolation and pine forests behind the dunes stretching into the state park are gorgeous. We appreciate your video showing the changes that have occurred, many since Hurricane Michael. However, we had to turn the volume off because of the wind noise on your microphone. I know those fluffy microphone covers look sort of goofy, but feel free to try one out and you might like the results. Thanks!
Is it not possible to pick this house up and move it? Now I know zero about living on a beach and I’m sure it cost a lot to move a home , much less trying to do so in all that sand. I’m a Mid Westerner. Lol so be gentle in the comments🤣🤣. Thanks for the great video
You failed to mention it's the only house on the Cape that close to the water and the 5 weeks of unusual easterly winds leading up to this particular event. All the other houses looked fine. Mind your business. We stay in that house every year and have no complaints at all.
Thank you so much for sharing this information
There are several condo connotes, but they aren't high rises. As fellow Floridians, CSB is one of our favorite places to visit! It is pricey tho.
The quartz crystal content of the sand that makes it so white actually came from the Appalachian Mountains at the end of the last ice age.

I just looked at it this summer... half of the concrete foundation for the pillars are not even touching the sand. That place is a time bomb
