Hi friends! I'm Jennifer, a forty-something wife and mother of 7 children ages 9 - 25. We are Catholic. We homeschool. We cook from scratch. We farm cranberries. We drink coffee. We advocate for Down syndrome awareness. We are loud. We are chaotic.
Here I'll share vlogs about all these things, what I'm doing that works and what I've tried but didn't work. I hope to encourage you in your journey through motherhood, homeschooling, learning to cook, and growing in your faith through it all.

Hi Jennifer. I look forward to the cranberry harvest videos every year. It was good seeing Warren ham it up a little for the camera! How wonderful to see your family working together-a real testimony of what a family should look like. How blessed you are to have such a special (and rare) treasure! Thank you for sharing. Hugs.

I have used that dredge method since I moved out of my parents house (not the plate, she used a cutting board) because my mom and gramma did it. I use crushed saltines on pork, flour on beer, bread crumbs on chicken and Panko on fish. Isn’t it funny how the only reason you have for things is because that is what they did.

Put the onion in the FREEZER for 10 to 15 minutes right before you need to slice... not the fridge. Your harvest season is really quite interesting... and soooo much work. Warren and you both do so much, and it's so nice to have family that get's involved too. As well as friends/helpers. You are showing your family what good solid work looks like. An awful lot of kids don't see that... ever. Hugs, Penny Sue
