    Sir
    You have made a good attempt to explain the concepts.
    But, please correct the order of stability of the conformations of cyclohexane..
    The order is
    Chair > twist boat > boat > half chair.
    Also, it would be better if you explain by using either prentice hall molecular models or molecular vision darling models to have a better visualisation of these interactions.

    Option 1 is correct bcz Me and OH are cis on 1,4position .....so they go on axial equatorial position in cyclohexane... only 1st nd 3rd option is possible but in 3rd their is two 1,3 diaxial interaction so it is less stable nd 1st one is correct

  • @ekalavyaacademy599
    @ekalavyaacademy599 5 лет назад +7

    option 1 is stable due to hydrogen bonding and the bulky methyl group is in equatorial position

      I've made a complete video on my Unacademy Classes, watch it here: ruclips.net/video/rlcm5OeywQ8/видео.html
      Yes there will be previous years problem practice alongwith explanation of topics.
      It depends on you that how much long subscription you need, I'll suggest to go for 6 months if you're focusing on NET and GATE both exams.
