We have had much better luck with blister packs. Seven of the nine enchanted cards we have are from blister packs. However, the enchanted Elsa we have was from a booster box we got from one of our LGS.

Do you get the starter decks? Elsa spirit is the card that comes with the deck, though it’s a foil lol
