This was part of a double WR I hit on stream, back-to-back, after only two attempts. Safe to say, it can still go down by so much given my sum of best is 37 seconds faster. It's also becoming increasingly important to achieve the 3lap PRB on GBA Sky Garden... we'll see what happens. RNG as always has an enormous effect in this category. I will keep pushing it.

Do you have a mod that lets you use any kart regardless of character?I ask because normally aren't the karts limited by the character like in my version of the game that I downloaded on a emulator the only karts I could select with dry bones were the banisher,the standard and the tank one,I forgot the name

You mean getting rid of the blooper ink? Since PRB (Prolonged Rocket Boost) was still in effect, it got rid of the ink automatically since the game thinks you're using a Mushroom/going off a boost pad.
