As long as it's unsweetened, so pure cocoa without sugar in the ingredients.

hi there i am baking for a a lady 80th on friday, they are wanting a fresh roses on the cake, they will collect from me on saturday afternoon, my question is the party is only on sunday, how can i prevent the roses from wilting as i wont be at the venue,
hi there, please can you help me , i have a bake on friday for a 80th party, my issue is they are wanting fresh roses, they are collecting the cake from me on saturday afternoon, how would they keep the roses fresh until the party on sunday
I would put the roses on the cake just before pickup on Saturday and then store the cake in the fridge overnight to keep them fresh until Sunday
