    The idea is to be in as relaxed or calm a state as possible. Put on headphones if you need to. Best time is the right before you go to bed. The brain is supposedly more receptive in that relaxed state.
    The plan: listen to this as often as possible until the words and phrases are natural to you, that you don't even need to think to say them.
    These phrases can be used mainly for the first encounters. What do you say to people who you don't know at all or don't know very well? Those phrases.
    My name is Evan (eko). Happy learning.
    Let me know if you want to learn anything specific. :)

      Mainly because your brain is pretty inactive while sleeping and doesn't pick up on the noises. The best way to learn is the classic way of frying your brain studying for months. And its nice and satisfying learning a language.
      Hovedsakelig fordi hjernen din er ganske inaktiv mens du sover og ikke får lydene. Den beste måten å lære er den klassiske måten å studere i måneder. Og å lære et språk er hyggelig og tilfredsstillende.

      The closest language to English is French; french and latin words are more numerous than scandinavian words. For example, Royal Air Force are...three french words.

    • @keighlancoe5933
      @keighlancoe5933 4 года назад +2

      No, English stems from Old English, Old English came from Old Saxon, Old Saxon came from Proto-Germanic.
      English is a Germanic hybrid with alot of Romance words in it. And to the other guy who commented, nope, the closest language to English is Frisian and then Dutch

    This is a really useful tool but that said you can't learn anything while you are sleeping. Cut it up into 12 minutes bites using infinite looper and learn it - which will take time - and then play the whole thing while you sleep and occasionally in the night you will wake up and review and fall asleep again. As for sleep learning it is rubbish and there is no evidence it works.
