Steven ignored the part about comment-filtering from my video which was specifically about him (I would too if my comment section was full of bots that worship him), responded to red flags that he was never mentioned in, cropped out my slides to misrepresent what my points actually were when it had to do with him, tried to create some weird false narrative that my video was just about marketing being bad, and so much more. In an older video, he used investment returns during an uptrend to promote his RUclips channel and $3,500/year course (but, as you saw in the video, he left out some important information that I guess he hoped nobody would catch?)
Idk about you, but $3,500 a year to get nothing that can't be learned for free doesn't sit right with me even if a profitable trader is selling it. I would support a reasonably priced course that gives an ACCURATE introduction to trading as well as the exact steps that everyone needs to take in order to find a strategy right for them. No, Steven is not making videos about how to become profitable in 30 days because he wants to help, he's making it for RUclips ad revenue and for course conversions.
How is his argument not logical since some in trading are not profitable yet claim to be so? Also we don't know who is lying and who is not so questioning and asking for verified proof only seems logical!!
It doesn't take much mmm...thought... to see that Steven is just a slick marketer.... Nothing but a smooth salesman.. He is not a trader...Just selling the dream is all he's doing.

Signs a trading RUclipsr may be lying:
1. They never show P&L
2. They make a bunch of predictions each video but never address whether they were right or wrong in the next video
3. Every video is made to look like it's the end of the world (looking at you, ZipTrader)
4. They try to get you to sign up for a newsletter, Discord group, masterclass, seminar, training session, or signal alert group, even if it's "free."
5. After each video, you can't definitively summarize what was said, because the RUclipsr actively avoids making specific predictions -- "Look for the market to test these levels, after which it might go up to here or it may go down to here."

And they used many accounts that win some trades (but not profitable or they even used demo account and acting likes real account ) then post only wins to bait newcomers

What beginners need to understand is that the profitable traders don't loose their time in video editing , scaming and marketing. Watch Al Brooks , Tom hougaard, Thomas Wade , Mack ( PATS) etc..... this guys are boring to watch and don't do agressive marketing , because they make their money from trading and they're passionate about trading . I've never heard any of them promise you that you'll become profitable quickly and effortlessly. On the contrary, they all promise that to get there you'll need several years of work, and even then you're not sure you've got what it takes. And because they're honest and show you the true reality of trading (which is very boring and requires mental fortitude), they rarely have more than 100k subscribers even after 10+ years of youtube activity. As Iman explains, it doesn't matter which path you choose in trading (as long as you don't waste your time with scammers) to become profitable it requires thousands of hours of screen time and experience.
Al Brooks has never proved that he is a profitable trader. Not sure about the others you mentioned.

Except that is what most of the people exposed on this channel as scams say. I am kind of thinking that Imam doesn't really know if any of these guys are good or not and just responds to their marketing approach.

I learn how to trade from watching multiple videos on youtube including the trading channel. I never bought a course. So i would encourage every beginner to watch videos and take time to learn rather than to buy courses and think it'll help them.

When i only started his videos about basics helped me a lot. I havent bought his courses of course cause i understand that you dont actually need it at the beginning but he helped me to grasp basic knowledge of technical analysis

I have been thinking this for a while. If i could make really good profit from trading why, why, why would i waste my time talking and doing videos to show anyone else?? No disrespect intended to anyone but i don't give a rat's arse about anyone in the world except myself and my immediate family. I don't give a f++k about wars, other peoples disputes because media wants us to pick a side and get involved. Same with trading i'm learning the free stuff on YT but these guys cant make that much or they'd be in front of their computer literally printing money instead of talking to the likes of me.

Back in my day you sent 29.99 (+S&H) to a PO BOX in return for some video tapes that would teach you how to get rich with Real Estate.

I think you should channel your energies towards promoting the genuine trading coaches and online business/ investment teachers or you get actively involved in becoming the teacher yourself. It is not enough to only expose. Take action. Teach. Sell good courses and we will buy.
He is not yet profitable, but I have to be honest. As a profitable trader and someone with a conscience it doesn’t make sense to sell a product I know only 1/100 people will get real use from.
Trading is learned by showing up and trading every single day for years. You develop your own style through that.
It's interesting that I saw hardly any positive comments except ones for you. Personally I've found him to be one of the best at explaining things clearly. I don't buy courses and never have nor intend to. But a lot can be learned from some people doing these videos. All anyone has to do before buying his course and is to backtest and then dummy trade... just as he advises people to do. And, he's always saying trading 4x is not a get rich quick thing too. I'm not taking any sides here but being a natural sceptic makes me wonder about the veracity of your aggressive and vehement approach to your supposedly "exposing" who you consider to be frauds. I hate scammers too, but we can't keep people who constantly jump around looking for the "easy way ", from falling victim to their tricks.
Stephen is one of the few honest trading coach I have seen in the trading space. Iman, you are also making money of selling false information on your channel so, you are guilty as well

The comment botting part are separate group of scammers where they have some fake account post something randomly about investing and how they made money and the threads will have fake conversation that will lead to contacting some person and giving out some whatsapp number. I see this happening on pretty much every investing/trading crypto related channel. I think some of the creators just end up giving up on deleting them.

I admire what you are doing, exposing these bums for what they are. I almost got caught up in some of their shenanigans but quickly realized they were making false claims and charging an arm and a leg for crap you could learn through books by real professional traders and free financial sites. Now, they’re all trying to backtrack. Too late now, the spotlight is on them and, all, can clearly see now.

The one thing that has always got me is the bullsh*t they have to put out, such as "THIS IS NOT ADVICE." WTF? Yes, it most certainly is advice. People have become so dumbed down that they can literally be told something isn't what it obviously is & believe it. When you make a video giving advice, claiming it isn't doesn't make it so.
So, I’ve been dabbling in trading but about 2 months ago a friend started helping me with some things I was struggling with and I started getting serious about trading.
This lead me to researching on YT and several of these guys you’ve called out bombard the algorithm.
You only popped up for me a couple weeks ago and I want to thank you for the work you doing. It’s not only helped spot some of the nonsense in this industry but your videos on your journey and the psychology of trading has really helped me. Thanks ✌🏾

I am really fortunate that Iman's channel was the second channel to pop up in my feed after I began to research how to trade. The first video I watched was a guru. Luckily, I haven't used any real money yet and I am still practicing with a sim. Definitely saved me a lot of trouble though.

100% correct. Technical analysis will explain most of the patterns and such they try to promote as "something I found" while learning how economies in general and the asset you're interested in specifically works will cover the rest. After that, it's just experience, your goals, your time horizon, and what's inside you as a person that will govern your strategy.
Yea but u will spend more time finding the right stuff and it will take more time.
And for complete beginners it can actually be dangerous because they might learn the wrong stuff and have bad habits that will take time to remove.
Depends on how much u planning on trading with also.
But finding a course from a legit trader is hard of course. Most good ones dont have the professional presentation look and have very low subs compared to these idiots.

THE PROBLEM is most people are greedy.
In futures, if you take your profit when it reaches 10 points or 5, rather than “take profit” you “analysed”, much more people would be profitable.
They try to predict where the price will go so they profit but even if they profit it doesn’t reach the point of take profit so they loose

No he is not.. a profitable trader with lots of profitable strategies have no time to run RUclips business, market course and spend lots of energy in capturing new traders. A real successful trader just don't have all that time,, if he has that much time he will be spending it on his loved ones enjoying his harvests from the market.

He sells a double top, double bottom course and an engulfing candlestick pattern based off of the 50ema. Very basic stuff. He was a student of the now defunct Trade Empowered that was run by Jason Stapleton who sold a bogus course. Steven was selling harmonic patterns just like Jason Stapleton but Stapleton was sued by the actual owner of these patterns and he left trading altogether. Ask Steven how long after Stapleton was sued by Scott Carney that he changed the names of the Bat and Butterfly patterns to “pattern 1” and “pattern 2”. I remember when Steven started his RUclips channel. He was still going through puberty😉 you could hear his voice breaking and squeaking.
Looks like you know things am interested to know. I thought when I trust someone is straight sure. Is Steve creating his techniques or already exiting ones, is he a profitable trader. He claimed to be trading over 10 years now.

Hey Iman,, in trading there's no Mr Perfect and every trader knows that. So there's no scamming since everyone knows the downside that there's no 100% win strategy.
So these guys at least give the information they have about trading and they don't force people to buy their courses(so scamming is not the right word)

I joined TTC sometime ago. The coaching Steven were advertising is bs. One time I sent a question to his (Steven) email. But got no response. Later somebody from his team replied saying Steven is on a vacation, busy, etc. I immediately terminated my subscription. He is fake! 🤬
I really enjoy how funny it is when these people respond trying to look legit and it only makes them look even worse because they’re not. They just fumble left and right and dig it deeper.

A great way to make money on RUclips is to find a popular subject, trash talk people who have done videos on it and get instant followers.
I don't blame people for removing negative comments, or comments that come from people who seem bitter or self righteous. There is no law requiring a channel keep comments that are distracting from the video.
Most people who comment on videos will sing the accolades of the person doing the video. For instance, look at all the comments on this video.
Finally, no one is forcing anyone to buy these overpriced lessons.
I will say this, even though most of the information given can be found for free, it is not always easy to find the information you don't know you need. I am sure some of these courses just bring it all to one place and organize it for you. This can be very helpful. But use your own discretion before buying anything online.

some of these youtubers do a good job at presenting the material if you're completely new. A lot of stuff i learned because somebody explained it on youtube. We just have to be aware that there is a chance that they are not all being full transparent.
Everyone in d comment pls stay calm, look at both sides and make on your on judgement, do not blindly believe Iman or steve yet, go through both videos they make and think in an outside view perspective with objectivity before makin your own conclusions who is legit/fake, videos in YT is for your info as a user purpose, and pick which u think is suit ur viewing.. just like trading it takes time to be profitable and just like who u want to trust in d long term relationship it too takes time..
I wish your comment got pinned. People need to stop letting these ytbers think for themselves both are very informative in my opinion but it's not good to pick sides. Better to just watch both whilst disregarding your own bias. The bias people have is prone to lead them into making bad decisions. However he does show when he's wrong and admits when he's wrong so he at least has that going for him. But the lack of statements and his free telegram channel has always been flags despite his raw trading approach

I dont know men. I was following Steven at my trading beginning also and to be honest , i think he provides a good knowledge base. I never bought his course but ive learn a lot from him just by watching his content. Yes, he used some marketing tactics to sell more courses and clockbates titles , so what ? That is the industry standard dude. You need to get that straight. The fact that he actually provides you with good knowledge base remains. Im not here to defend him but to stay objective. In my humble opinion he is not even close to be one of the "industry worse channels" or something like that and you should focus on those ripping people off without offering almost nothing in return. I really wish you'd do that video on reliable trader youtubers. I appreciate you calling out the bad apples but "the moving average" is the channel that got me interested in forex and that led to me finding "the trading channel". I'm now wondering where the hell I even go to find reliable information. Like did I just waste a year practicing these different strategies. I'm now on one that seems to be working but is it just that I'm now better at discretion with my trading or is the strategy working?
I feel like the rug is pulled and now I'm not trusting anything.

Once you have their emotions in your hands its game over. You can tell them you're a scammer and they still won't believe you. You ever sent he show Umbrella Academy? Season 2 has a scene where one of the characters start a cult and he got so sick of them worshipping him so he came clean to them and told them he was a grifter and guess what? They literally did not believe him. Granted it was a fictional tv show but that is a real concept that happens in reality.

this guy got me started with trading. his beginner guide 1hr+ long video is the first trading video i ever saw. i since went on to other sources but i always rememeber he is the first person to teach me about support and resistance. if this guy isnt a profitable trader, then i might as well give up trying....

This guy helped me learn candle sticks, and the beginner stuff. He even has videos saying he’s not profitable all the time and he makes mistakes. Idk why but I give this dude a pass, he’s always seem genuine even saying his strategy’s don’t work all the time

I really feel like the vulture-like tactics that advertising use should be taught and understood in schools so people can avoid the toxic nonsense that plagues any media platform, and the world.

Even I was profitable for months back in 2021 when I used to trade his simple Double tops and bottoms strategy with 1.4 RR.which was until I fell into the smc pit and everything went south since then

To be fair tho I will mentioned that I bought his course and realized after a week it wasn’t for me because his course was more swing trading and I wanted to scalp. I messaged the support team and was issued a full refund for my purchase. I don’t think he is a scammer
