@Priyanka, I have already uploaded tutorial on AutoDock Vina, both using on Google Colab and in offline setup. AutoDock and AutoDock Vina are developed by the same lab, and almost use the same procedures, though Vina is relatively bugs free than AutoDock.

@priyankaahlawat1745 these are different approaches. The opposite approach of flexible docking is rigid docking, while in covalent docking we focus on covalent bond formation between ligand and receptor, and it can be performed by a flexible or rigid way. Please read literature for further discrimination.
