I am jealous... what a beautiful planted tank. Also I was watching one of your other videos about leaches. I don’t believe they are leaches but planaria flat worms. And do commonly show up in tanks with a lot of shrimp. They are not that harmful to adult shrimp but baby’s and juveniles they eat.
Yes, they stopped looking for vinegar eels and microworms when they got their first taste of grindal worms. Keep the grindals chilled in a cool place for more production. Feed the grindals flake fish food and nutritional yeast, sometimes the occasional vegetable slice. Maybe I'll do a video on feeding so you can see.

That's a beautiful tank. I would love to be a nano fish or a shrimp in such a tank.
Please try this a video the results, along with maybe shrimp/maybe not, put in Triops Longicaudatus and let us know how well that worked.
