Make videos on how to deal with vertical mid/between corner radius of 1.5mm radius... I have 80mm long endmill... Depth is 50mm... I use zlevel corner in NX cam.... But it lead to mismatch finish face....what to do...I use NX 1953
I have an issue....in z level stagger ramping circular toolpath (like helical).... My toolpath breaks into linear moves and nx generate like a linear .... It should be an circular move.... When i verify animation...tool moves linearly in small segment to complete circle it polygon.... When this operation is post process and perform to machine ...finish workpiece and look from near it is like polygon with small segments..do you have any solution for this???
This sounds like the toolpath internal to NX is outputting linear motions. If you are seeing a faceted appearance on your work piece I would suggest changing the Max cut step value. OOTB this parameter is set to 30% of the tool diameter, I'd suggest changing to 0.2mm and view the results on your physical workpiece.
@@johnvincent4853 i tried already .... I think my workpiece geometry edges are not round enough that causes this may be what do you say about it , you hve any other solution...?
If i mirror 1 tool program 5 times... Is it merge ...? Or i have to post process 5 times???..... Also other questions is.... What about i use 3 different tools endmill ballmill and drilling... first 3 operation create and than how to merge in single post process file in nx cam 1953... Can you makw video on that???
No, if you mirror a tool path it is not "Merged". You can create three (3) operations with different tools/operations types and, if you create them within a program group, you can post process them all at the same time.
How to setup workpiece like hold on vise or hold with clamps with supporting or with rigid support with bolts... And how to generate tool path that tool doesn't touches clamps/vise/bolt/bolt head.... Please make videos like..how to setup

Badass

Вот эти скругления ускоренной надо обязательно убирать.

Poor. There's options to make part of this much easier.
