  • We sat down with Lee Logan and Cameron Heddings, the owners and pilots of two of the most unique looking jets that attended Sun N' Fun this year. The Fouga Magister was the first plane to be a part of an aerobatic flight team, namely the Patrouille de France -- several years before the creation of the Blue Angels. A standout not just for its looks, it is one of the only French-designed planes we had the opportunity of seeing at this year's event.
These planes stand out due to their impressive v-tail, but also a remarkable whistling sound as they taxi down the run way. They are speedy, nimble, and -- as the owners told us -- a bit of gas guzzlers. Learn more about the incredible Fouga Magister.

Such a cute little Jet. Too bad that she didn't have ejection seats and everyone around became deaf. 🤯
With the Alouette III you became deaf too, it just took longer... 🥵

This is to emphasize French folklore (luckily not "Béret" and "baguettes" or even Le Mime Marceau)...
