Guys before you do anything that may delete all your things in the hard-disk.
IF YOU HAVE A PC just try to remove the hard-disk's cables from the hard-disk and the motherboard then reconnect the cables again.
this problem just happened to me before few minutes and i did what i said and it worked very cool with no negative results at all!

In my pc w7 the problem is when I start the pc it's start as usual but just for 10 to 20 seconds after that system will restart automatic 😭

My laptop does not have a floppy drive, however, I have recently purchased an external floppy disk drive. I attached the drive and attempted to use a bootup disk. The computer make a loading sound at first, then quieted down very quickly. I turned the computer off, turned it back on, and tried to see if the disk would load up, during the official startup boot. Nothing special happened.

this video is very unclear. anyway. i got my harddrive out and put it back in (it doesnt have cables) and restarted the laptop after. and it didnt work.

J'ai une idée intelligente , si tu as pas de lecteur CD, ni DVD, ni USB
Solution : Retirez le disque dur de l'ordinateur, puis le mettre dans un ordinateur qui a lecteur CD, ni DVD, ni USB
