Alhamdulillah! I was really battling with my own thoughts, wondering if I can forgive those who have wronged myself and my family, it was near impossible for me to forgive. This speech reminded me to believe in Allah (swt) and rebuild my relationship with Allah. I realized nothing is guaranteed expect death. Ya Allah I ask you to forgive all those that have wronged us and to make our deen a little easier, Ameen.

its so hard to be in the same room with the people that have wronged me as well, I feel bad about it because I fear Allah will punish me. i thought I had forgotten about it since I forgave them, but as soon they come near me my mind don't want to know what they are doing and I feel a deep anxiety, and pain in my heart and I lose my joy,etc.., so I usually withdraw and find an excuse to go somewhere. So far I don't know what to do about it . I pray that Allah swt make it easy for me to tolerate their presence. ameen

Trusting His process and plans, that's what we did. We were in a dark place for over a year but we hold on and never lost faith in Allah. Alhamdullilah things are picking up and can't believe how things are falling into place even bigger that what I had planned. Subhanallah.

I have been suffering from mental anguish for a long many years. I have been suffering from severe mental anguish since I was a child. Eight years ago, when I was in the United States, in the midst of a traumatic mental anguish with my family, I suddenly discovered Mufti Menak. Mufti Menk taught me to rediscover what patience is, what love is for God, what dependence on God. I pray to Allah to increase the knowledge of Mufti Menk. He extended his good life. We can learn a lot from him. May Allah grant me the gift of being a lover of Allah like Mufti. All of a sudden I heard Mufti Menk's speech that day about the exact subject of my mental anguish. Subhanallah. I give thousands of thanks to Allah, may Allah grant him a good life. You make him the best man. Give one of us the grace to be a follower like him. Mashallah! really allah changin many hearts towards him by your speach...ireally battle very hard with my thoughts... nobody wasn't help me....I thought that I cannot live anywhere in the world...but I stop me a second...nd asked allah to take care of my heart nd I do sabr myself...nd take dhikr asbunallah wa-nihmal wakeel each nd every second....now this moment I feeel strong hearted...nd asking allah to forgive all my sins...also making dua for everyone.... alhamdulillah
Amazing! I change a lot with my personality I can already handle problem without stressing my life. Problems n Difficulties are part of life. Acceptance n adjustment is d tools to twist n loose watever problems n SUFFERING That may occur.

I feel so greatful for Mufti Menk because he explains Islam in such a beautiful way, in English, so that I can understand my faith in Islam. Mufti Menk is always so positive, peaceful, and loving in his ways. Thanks for encouraging me to keep going even when things are so hard, I can still see that Allah is testing us, it’s not personal, but sometimes I need to be reminded.
