I'm still learning about Merkle Patricia trees and from what I understand, the three Merkle Patricia tries live in the block headers of each block. Ethereum is also a transactional state machine which I assume the Merkle Patricia trie for the state has a lot to do with that designation. Would it then be accurate to say that transactions change the state of Ethereum, and that when I say the state of Ethereum, am I referring to the individual blocks in the Ethereum blockchain? As in, each block is essentially a state in the Ethereum state machine?
block only contains root hash of the storage trie not the storage trie, whereas you change the information in the storage trie when transaction happens
I think hashed values are leafs not raw data?
