2025 or not, CrossFit or not, you do a great job representing smaller frame women lifting heavy and working with equipment and environment designed for larger people eg. Echo Bike, wall ball, etc etc which happens across other industries, things are still designed for 75-80 kg males and coaching and sharing with us the strategies deal with it. Appreciate it.
