A.B.A.'s body language plays nicely with the voice work - she tells you how she should sound. The swinging arm, the upside down glare, the loose-jointed posture, etc. speaks.
ITS TRULY AMAZING!!! Unfortunately I didn’t have access to all those when recording, I had no idea what her poses were like, but so fun to see them after!

The physical acting to get into character is probably my favourite part of voice acting. It just takes the voice and dials it up to 11

You did such good work on the character! Its a real skill to be able to make a character be able to emote well during cutscenes and outros while also being able to do clear and satisfying barks for gameplay. The scream during the giant cinematic key/battleaxe super is a particular favourite of mine! Here's to hearing more of your in other FG's in the future Ana!

It's really funny going into Training Mode and setting Jealousy Mode on A.B.A to always be on because you hear voice lines you normally don't get to hear. I did it to practice Jealousy Mode combos, but it's actually surprising how many variations of idle whines and strained speech they had you record that are actually used in the game (similar to 1:28 ). Just rare to hear because if A.B.A is in Jealousy Mode she's probably not just standing around lol.
anyone else slightly concerned how perfectly she can mimic some of the other voices? Like Jacko and Bridget? If i had no context, I'd just think it was their actual voice actors saying the lines

Honestly, good luck on learning A.B.A! She is not an easy character to learn, especially being your first character in your first fighting game!

It's funny that I used to watch your videos 10 or so years ago and stopped after a few years, but for some reason, this week, it occured "randomly" to me: what happened to Brizzy Voices? And it now makes complete sense to me. I knew A.B.A.'s voice sounded familar. Altough I always play this game in Japanese, as per tradition of playing the series for over 10 years, I can say from the trailer and from seeing other people play that you did a fantastic job.
But, now... First time playing... As A.B.A. eh? You definitely low rolled on this one. She's never been an easy character for beginners with her transformations and weird playstyle. Thankfully you have chat to help you. Regardless, hope you have fun.
I believe you mean the "All-Consuming Flame of Love" as was clearly corrected in A.B.A.'s trailer.
