Come on Wrexham! It's not how much of the ball you have - it's what you do with it when you have it! Great singing from the Wrexham fans today as well - loving the team spirit and work rate we have through the whole side - that is the big momentum of back to back promotions... no idea how long this will last but it is a fantastic feeling at the moment! Parkinson accused of being a dinosaur, but defending well and taking your chances should never go out of fashion!

Absolutely irresistible. I’m afraid Charlie has brought it all on you this week.
He made an arse of himself in the nicest possible way coming on our podcast predicting 5-1 and better still explaining why so clearly that you just felt for him. Anyone who has seen us in the past 3 years as opposed to believing what they’ve read would understand how wrong he was and how well his hosts did to not explain how arrogant and ignorant that was. Hopefully he understand that you’ll not meet a better organised; harder working; team-spirited and football playing team in L1 this season. Most of us will be happy with 10th to 15th this season. Top 10 would be seen as a huge success but if today was another example of how nice footballing teams can be outwitted then blown away then bring it on.
To be clear, we don’t have an ageing defence. We do have a fantastically well organised one. Your pace “troubled” us for about 10 to 15 minutes and that late gain you thought it would give you just didn’t happen. Our fitness levels are now Championship level and you had nothing left. Last 30 minutes of the match you should be embarrassed. All this stuff about being the best team in the division if a team give you the ball because of the way you find ways to play through the lines. You literally had 68% of the possession and absolutely no clue as to what to do against brilliant organisation and flat out effort and pressing from start to end. Arthur had zero saves to make in roughly 100 minutes. Neither a fluke or a coincidence. It’s been happening for a while now. You have some very good players. You want to beat us then they need to be fitter; more tactically aware and creative. It was a great game; a near perfect away performance and you’re going to have to perform levels higher than that tactically and fitness wise to get near us.
Your podcast has a potentially lovely tone but you’re lost in your own bubble and need a lot more basic football knowledge and humility.
As for Parky ball and the hoof ball nonsense. Charlie thinks we’ll tire of it and want a manager like Ferguson. Go look at the goals we’re scoring. Go look at the second goal against Reading for example or our FA Cup games against the likes of Coventry. The clip of us in the cup where the BBC write an article about a section of play they compared to peak Brazil.
Parky is a winner. He is rumoured to be rigid in tactics and formation. After 3 years we’re still waiting to see that. If your defence can be turned we’ll pile it on with balls down the channels or over the top. If you let us play football we’ll blow you away. Our tactics are about doing what it takes to get the 3 points. Given his win percentage I know whose views I’d trust right now.
Today was end to end for 15; you started to make inroads down both wings; we sorted that out with some doubling up and Cannon and Dobson stepping in. After that and at 0-2 you were lucky Mullin is not match fit. Could easily have been 0-3 from the O’Connor free kick and 0-4/0-5 from other chances.

The amount of disrespect from the Poshcast predictions was awful. Expecting victory is one thing, but outright trashing your opponent is another. Harry was the only one with a head on his shoulders; hopefully, the other hosts can learn from his humbleness. Looking forward to playing you again later in the season. Ashley, how wrong you are! We are not shipping shirts to America because we have a shop there! Our pre-season over there is testimony to our international fans. We have a team that isn’t that changed from last season, and we are comfortable, and that has been without Mullin. Our defence is solid, O’Connell and Cleworth are solid. We will see what Saturday brings, but don’t go saying that Wrexham is over, we have just had a consortium invest a 5% stake, our owners are fully committed, 2 of the players just made a movie debut!! We are just getting started, see you Saturday

hello from Wrexham. Wrexham can field two different teams, like we did at Sheffield utd. holding our own. Charlie was on about Possession stats. on a Wrexham podcast, he ended up saying 5 vs 1 to posh. Laughable but he has his opinion. First 3 games we scored 6 goals, how does possession stats explain this, plus all this without our main man Mullin. I am not saying anything about your team, as i don't know much about them. it will most probably be our hardest game, but posh will be Deluded to think it's going to be easy, far from it. very good video, enjoyed first half of it.
