Sure, add a wait command. Alternatively run the script from within a batch file and use the Windows Task Scheduler to execute the file at a certain time.

You are right! LibreAutomate, AutoHotkey, AutoIt, Pulover's Macro Creator are free, but the learning curve is steeper.
