White foam boards are great, but Black foam boards have also been an absolute treat for me. Stops light for reflecting and it can help hide your camera and equipment when working with reflective surfaced objects.

I go shopping for fake flowers and botanical in arts and craft stores all the time! They make for great photo props!
I found wall paper at amazon much more reasonable and it wipes clean also. Hope this helps.
