As Alistair Begg explains, David buried Saul’s past offenses, choosing instead to focus on the good that had been lost. His poem highlighted the bravery Saul and Jonathan displayed, the unity they enjoyed, and the prosperity Saul created. At the same time, his deep anguish over Jonathan’s death points us to Jesus as the friend who sticks closer than a brother.

@@margrose5 we all have those ups and downs. I’m happy to hear ur doing well/better! I have found eating well to be of such an underrated response to our mental health. No sugar or processed foods. Real foods have been indescribable in helping me in many ways and especially mental health. I pray for your continued success as you journey on.

What s wonderful sermon, it helps to comprehend and see meaning and hope beyond our grief. I miss a beloved brother so much - everyday, I cry almost everyday, I pray for him and myself everyday and cling to the promises of a God who is too wise to ever be wrong and too kind to ever be cruel

It’s simple to me because the love those people describe is not real love. The Bible only speaks of real love, love each patient love is kind does not envy. It does not boast……………..
He’s the brother if his heart..not homosexuality.
