I walked down the corridor at the end of the Lost sector like you did and cannot find that ship that You drop down to And start pulling the switches, that transition From you walking down the car door after the Lost sector is finished leads me out of the Lost sector but it leads you to a ship?

That’s cause the ship is in the zero hour mission and not in the lost sector
did you skip to legend from normal when doing the switches???
I recommend doing the mission on legend or else the switches won’t work
