Robert, I just turned 70 years old. Discovered this past December that I absolutely love guitar. I fully enjoy the styles you play. My current and first guitar is a Squire Vibe 70's electric. I absolutely love the Squire hollow body you were playing. Love the blues. Your love for music really shines.
One of the most well-arranged, and well-produced rock ballads/nay/ rock SONGS , overall, of all time, no doubt about it... right up there with Paul McCartney's "Live And Let Die," or Kansas' "Carry On (Wayward Son)"
It has been changing over the years, but I always keep going back to Gary Moore's Still got the blues solo. That vibrato is so special man, just love it!
My favorite solo is Gary Richrath's solo on Take it on the Run. I'm not a huge REO Speedwagon fan, but that solo is so good that it elevates the whole song to legend status.
Finally a kindred soul! I have been saying this (and even posted) several times. Way under appreciated. So many know “Bryan Adams’s sound” but don’t even know Keith Scott’s name.
First solo that popped to mind was EVH's solo on Michael Jackson's Beat It.
