The crocodile stitch always looked complicated to me, now that I've seen you do it I think I'll give it a try in the new year. Thanks.

One of my favorite stitches. I am making a hooded pocket shawl with it. I have one made already too. Once you get the hang of it it's very easy. I almost gave up on it when I first learned it, I kept making the shells upside down somehow for some reason. It about drove me crazy, lol.. Tyfs God bless you

I love this stitch and use it from time to time. It is quite a yarn hog! I only use it for pillows and bags since I'm not a fan of how the back looks. This is a complicated stitch while learning but it is so beautiful.

I agree - it is a yarn hog - but so worth it!

Yes worth every bit. Especially with a gradient yarn.

So happy I’m subscribed because I bought a new Etsy pattern today and came across ~Alligator Stitch~ in the pattern and had zero idea what the hell it was 🤣
Then I see this video in my subscription box 🙌🏼

I tried this stitch when I was a newbie, and the pattern was a tad different and more complicated. Thank you for this one. I absolutely love how you explain things. 🥰

Hello. Just decided to try this again. Tried moths ago (not your video). You made it so clear. I did down size my hook to make it look a bit more like yours. Thank you so much.

FYI very hard to see what you're doing, fingers covering up too much of the work to be able to see where & what you're stitching into. It's a beautiful stitch though!
