Personal opinion: nta.. mostly. It was inconsiderate of him to take your money and buy whatever + he should have asked for consent, and he should have not acted upon his thoughts of Maria (if he didn’t like the mention of her he probably thought rude stuff about her). But at the same time I feel a little bit bad for him about the exposing part, my stepbrother told my mom that I was non binary recently without my consent and it hurt a lot, so I know how it feels.
