German potato salad recipe - with creamy red potatoes, spicy bacon, fresh parsley and bright red onions, and all dressed with a simple, slightly spicy, perfectly tasting dressing.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg red potatoes
• 6 slices bacon
• 2 red onions
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 100 ml chicken broth
• 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp of finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp of dijon mustard
• 2 tsp of granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• salt & pepper
