Hey! I have a suggestion for a video! So my wife and I are planning on moving to Idaho (we love it there) but we have a newborn so we can’t really do a scouting trip ourselves so we’re going to be staying in an apartment for the 1st year or so to recover some saving since we current live in Irvine, Ca and it’s obviously very expensive over here… but I’ve been looking everywhere for an in-depth video for newer luxury apartments in Meridian/Boise area so my wife can enjoy the amenities with our baby while we save but there’s no good videos besides one older one I saw from a Boise local! But nothing else on tik tok or RUclips and online pictures are very limited because a lot of the apartments are so new they don’t even show up on google street maps! But maybe creating a video kinda reviewing some apartments in Meridian and Boise for family’s like mine that can’t do a scouting trip or buy a property site unseen but know they want to get over there first before moving into a home!
We checked those out when we were there in June/July. Some really amazing condos going in down town and around the city. But yeah...with all the special assessments and stuff being pulled with condos, I keep telling my wife to slap me if I ever talk about owning one. For the money there are some amazing homes to be had for surely.
@@livinginidaho Loved We stayed (and love) the North End and were a street over from Lost Grove Brewery - how convenient. Walking distance to everything. So that is an area we may focus. We also stayed at the Pink House down towards the city on Franklin, and that was terrific area as well. Drove out to where the condos are and hiked around there, but really went for the Sushi Shack (pretty good). Tooled up to McCall, out Nampa way, and various places. Just really love North End. Cheers.
An appalling lack of cabinets in the kitchen. This is what happens when every builder embraces the dreaded 'open concept' design. Also, why aren't condos ever equipped with natural gas stoves and ovens???

Agree.... condos are a great option for everyone. How did your trip July go?

You can’t beat the north end. So much charm and history and amazing proximity to everything
